The home structure is in pretty decent condition. The exterior will need some work as there is damage to the siding.
HVAC unit should get regular maintenance for its location in the Crawlspace, but it's operating correctly. Electric Meter will need further evaluation as it was tampered with by previous squatters. Some support in Crawlspace will need to be evaluated as they are in direct contact with soil. Roof will need to be replaced soon. Home was secured.

This house had a problem tenant but we paid to have them removed. The house is vacant and cleaned out and on lockbox. There was a potential problem with someone going inside the house so we posted "NO TRESPASSING" signs on the home. The home is a THREE bedroom 2 BATH home.
