Not alot to say here that you can't see in the pictures.. The existing tenants are in the process of moving out and will be gone before closing. This one is a pretty easy peasy lipstick rehab.
Built in 1999 you will see the mechanical systems are not outdated. There is some flooring that needs to be replaced but that is the biggest thing that we saw when we toured this one.
