Here's the deal.

Current tenants are paying $750.00 per month. Yes, we all know that is too cheap for a 3 bedroom like this is Rossville and it should be closer to $850/900.

They are planning on moving out so they have emptied their storage unit and everything is IN THE HOUSE.. you can see this from the pictures.
