The front steps are bad.. the slab on the top of the steps is broken so please use the side door! You may want to tear out what is there and put in a nice wooden deck and steps with something similar at the side door.

The yard is nice and flat and there is plenty of room to expand if you want to do that.
This is a nice street so flipping or renting should not be an issue.
