"So these first 2 pictures are that we have to sell really. You see the building lady here and the deceased. Mike used to butthead and so she wouldn't give us a permit to do this construction, but I'm sure that she would give anybody else a license because that's how she is small-town America. But everything is done to code. My friend's father is the county inspector and he came and looked at it and he said everything looked actually a little overdone. And there's no reason she shouldn't have given us a permit. But The city building inspector in charge and my deceased husband Really did not like each other. But anyway, this is the edition we did. It's a 650-square-foot master bedroom. And around 150 square feet. Master bath which are both upstairs. In what used to be the attic? The problem that the building inspector had was just with the bathroom car, which was less than 200 square feet. We had to raise the roof 6 feet. For other people have had the same problem in this town and then sold the house. And then the next guy comes in with the same plans and gets The plans approved. So I doubt you'll have any problems with this lady like we did. And there's the bad side of the downstairs bath. It needs the main type from about 6 feet up to just in the side of the wall replaced with PBC. Because right now it is still iron and it clogs all the time.  And so that's why the floor is open because we were planning on doing that immediately"
