Jennifer Raney Herriage (Licensed Broker) and other associates are not acting in the capacity of real estate agents or brokers in this transaction. Jennifer's Homes, Inc. and its affiliates are professional homebuyers who purchase properties below market value for profit. The buyer agrees to accept the property in its "as-is" condition, with no repairs to be made by the seller unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The seller has never occupied the property and has no knowledge of its condition, providing only disclosures received from the previous seller. No warranties, whether written, verbal, or implied, are made by the seller, and the buyer is advised to thoroughly inspect the property.
