Direct contact with the owner/seller without our explicit permission is prohibited, and unauthorized communication or attempts to renegotiate with the owner will lead to legal action. The seller's information regarding the property, sourced from the MLS, County Assessor's office, and Property Tax office, includes details like dimensions, amenities, zoning, and construction materials. The buyer acknowledges that the seller makes no warranties regarding these details and agrees to purchase the property based on their own investigations, accepting it "as is, where is."
