Summary
New off-market deal located in a prime area of Knightdale, NC. This property requires cosmetic repairs, along with a new roof and HVAC system. The sellers will need 30 days after closing to vacate, with 20% of the sale proceeds held in escrow by the closing attorney until the property is vacated.
