This one I probably had over 100 people do walk throughs on the property. I had 99/100 people that physically seen it and walked through it tell me it should be condemned, torn down, wasn't worth saving, yada yada.... an it was between this and another property, I figured I'd sell the other one first, well, that one took at least a week longer. This property needs/needed around 40K rehab, it needed everything from electrical, to new plumbing, new windows, outside rehab, and quite a few other things as well.
