This little monster was not that bad, I didn't think but man, some of the people that wanted to argue with me about it being unsellable, wheewwee! This had standing water in the basement (I was told after heavy rain), it needed the whole house's electrical rewired, it had foundation issues, cosmetic issues, roof issues, etc. I actually had people arguing over this house! Out of all the properties I sell each month, I've tried literally 100's of JV deals (where they claim to find a buyer) for the record, I've never ever ever had anyone on a JV deal sell something I have on contract BEFORE I've gotten it sold!! #truefacts
