Until the fire on the back of this house it was most recently a legal duplex. Both units were 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each unit rented for $750-$800.
This house was originally built as a single family home and honestly I think that is what makes the most since here. With comps putting this in the $205k range and higher you can really make this a beautiful house once again.
