This is a package deal. There are 2 houses on this lot. One of the houses is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, around 4500 sqft. The other house is 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, around 4500 sqft as well. Out of the 7 bedrooms, 4 of them are being rented out on a month to month lease for 1k a month. The houses do need some work done to them as you can see in the attached videos. The houses are located only 30 mins from Disney World
