All information is provided as a courtesy; buyer is responsible for their own due diligence. MUST close with our title company. Agents, we are happy to work with you! All we ask is that you add your fee on top of our asking price or have your buyer pay for your commission. Wholesalers, we are also happy to work with you, but please reach out to us prior to marketing the contract.
