For 40 years, this small cabin on Lake Murray served as a gathering place for one family and their siblings, nieces, nephews, and close friends. There’s a pier and dock in two separate pieces, but with only 30 feet of shoreline, there should not have been a dock at all. But upon leaving the cabin, which is situated in a beautiful cove, one only needs to take a short walk to the water. There’s room to add a little tiki bar or hut, similar to what the neighbor next door did. The total acreage is .35 acres. A small gravel road divides the lot, but there is little traffic as this cabin is one of the homes at the end of the cove.

• Septic was never permitted but can receive a certificate of pre-existence according to Saluda County. 
• In the past, an RV parked beside the cabin for a period of years. Seller is not sure if a second septic could exist.
