 📣📣📣With regards to foundation issues on this house. We had our contractor go out and check it out. He reported back that the house does not suffer from any major foundation issues. The bricks that are breaking off at the top was caused by settling of the concrete below them. He recommended a coverup as the damage is not structural but is merely an eyesore.
