Home is in great condition. Needs a cosmetic upgrade only with flooring, paint kitchen and baths. The walls are in great shape and the layout of the home can remain the same so no walls need to be moved. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a jack and Jill bathroom and the master bedroom is on the main level. There is an office that sits at the front of the house that we would need to add a closet in to make it a true bedroom. Attached to that office/bedroom is a full bathroom that needs upgrading. The master bathroom as well needs upgrading along with some drywall fix around the skylight. 

Kitchen has plenty of cabinet storage and they can either be painted and add some crown molding on the top or replaced completely for a different look.
