The Buyer(s) acknowledges and understands that the property is sold “as-is,” and the Seller assumes no responsibility for any known or unknown issues or defects, whether disclosed or undisclosed. The Buyer(s) acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this transaction, they assume ALL responsibility and risk associated with the property’s condition. The Seller shall not be held liable for any known or unknown problems, defects, damages, or issues with the property, whether or not they were aware of them. The Buyer(s) is strongly encouraged to conduct independent inspections and investigations of the property’s condition and obtain any necessary professional advice, such as inspections by qualified home inspectors, engineers, or other specialists, before purchase. The Buyer(s) accepts full responsibility for any decisions based on such inspections or investigations. The Buyer(s) acknowledges that he/she/they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this disclosure and waiver. They waive any rights to pursue legal action against the Seller regarding any known or unknown issues or defects with the property. The Seller will make no repair concessions. The Seller will provide no Seller Disclosure.
